One loop tonight.
The rest can wait.

The kit has 23 blueprints, two voice agents and five brain templates. You are not meant to work through them. You are meant to get one loop running, watch it catch something real, and then come back. This page picks that one loop for you.

Step 0

What this actually needs, and what it costs.

Nobody tells you this part up front, so here it is before you spend an evening. The blueprints are automation recipes. They run inside n8n, which is the free tool the recipes are written for. You bring the accounts.

WhatWhyRoughly
n8n The engine every blueprint runs on. Cloud is the fast path. Self-hosting the community edition is free if you already have a server and are comfortable with Docker. Cloud from ~€20/mo
self-host free
OpenAI API key The drafting step in almost every loop. This is the API, not a ChatGPT subscription. You add a card and pay for what you use, which at one-small-business volume is small. a few € / mo
Your inbox or your phone line Whichever one your leads actually arrive through. That choice decides your first blueprint, below. you already have it
Slack Optional in every blueprint. Every loop works without it. Delete the node if you do not use Slack. free tier fine

Prices move, so check them before you commit. What matters is the shape: one engine, one AI key, and the channel you already own. If the honest answer today is "I am not ready to run n8n", take Path C below. It costs nothing and still pays off this week.

Step 1

Pick the loop you can finish tonight.

One question decides it: how does a new lead reach you today? Answer honestly, take that path, and ignore the other two until it is running.

Path A · They email you, or fill in a form

Blueprint 02: Lead Reply Draft

A new enquiry lands and an AI draft of the first reply is waiting in your own Gmail drafts, in your voice, using your real offer. Nothing is ever sent automatically. You read it, adjust a word, hit send. This is the lightest install in the kit: two credentials, no database, no phone system, no third platform.

Path B · Your phone is the front door

Blueprint 01: Missed-Call Rescue

A call you miss becomes a text-back draft within seconds, so the caller does not ring the next business on the list. Take this path only if your line already runs through Twilio, CallRail or 3CX, because it needs a phone system that can fire a webhook on a missed call. If your number is a plain mobile or a landline, this is a bigger evening than it looks. Do Path A first and come back.

Path C · No n8n yet, and not tonight

The AI Brain Templates

The only part of the kit that needs no third-party accounts and no automation engine, just the AI assistant you already use. Five one-page documents you fill in, paste into Claude or ChatGPT once, and your AI stops writing generic copy about a business it has never heard of. Fifteen minutes gets you the first document and a noticeably better answer. It is also the input every other blueprint asks for later, so this is never wasted work.

Step 2

Once one loop is running.

1Leave it in review mode for a few days. Every AI step in this kit drafts and a human approves. Read the drafts you would have sent word for word. Only then consider letting one go out on its own.
2Fill the business brain properly. Path C, all five documents. Set aside an afternoon, not twenty minutes. Every later blueprint gets better the moment this exists, because they all paste the same CONTEXT block.
3Run the scorecard and the leak calculator. Score your rung, price the leak. Now that you have built one loop, the result tells you something you can act on instead of something you can worry about.
4Add the second loop, not the second five. Browse all 23 and pick the one that closes the leak the calculator just priced. One at a time is the whole method.
5Write the bar before you build. The scope-doc template takes ten minutes and it is what turns "I automated something" into "this recovered eleven jobs last quarter".

One honest word about time. If you already run an automation stack, a blueprint really does import in about a minute. If this is your first n8n workflow, budget an evening for the first one: an account to create, a credential to connect, a test to run, one thing that does not work the first time. That is normal and it is a one-off. The second blueprint genuinely takes minutes, because the accounts already exist.

If a loop fights you for more than an hour, stop. Reply to your receipt email and tell us where it stuck. We answer, and we would rather fix the instructions than have you quietly give up.

Would you rather we just wired it?

That is the other way to do this, and it is a fair choice. We find the leak, then build, host and run the system that closes it. Thirty minutes, free, no deck.
